Rumored to have once been a mortal with a godly sire, Haelva grew into her own divine power -- manipulating the memories of the living and the dead with careless ease. Whatever was known about her sire, if anything, has been forgotten in favor of the mysterious woman who keeps herself both crowned and veiled. It is said that for centuries she'd been the divine consort of the Guardian of the Infected, indulging in the darker side of her blessings before their relationship fell apart. Since then, she has retreated to Solvunn and kept to the shadowed parts of the forest and caves and her cult of those who would willingly sacrifice memories to her has nearly disappeared. Instead she now focuses on answering the call of those who wish for her aid in reclaiming parts of themselves or wishing for a memory from the dead for their own comfort.
